Committee Decision
The Toronto Music Advisory Committee:
1. Amended the 2024 meeting schedule by:
a. moving the regular meeting of the Committee on May 14, 2024 to May 10, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.;
b. changing the September 24, 2024 meeting start time from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; and
c. moving the regular meeting of the Committee on November 20, 2024 to November 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
2. Directed that the published 2024 meeting schedule as amended by Part 1 above serve as notice for these meetings.
Summary
City staff will propose revised dates for public meetings of Toronto Music Advisory Committee in 2024, for member feedback and discussion.
Motions
That:
1. The Toronto Music Advisory Committee amend the 2024 meeting schedule by:
a. moving the regular meeting of the Committee on May 14, 2024 to May 10, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.;
b. changing the September 24, 2024 meeting start time from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; and
c. moving the regular meeting of the Committee on November 20, 2024 to November 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
2. The Toronto Music Advisory Committee direct that the published 2024 meeting schedule as amended by Part 1 above serve as notice for these meetings.
