The Toronto Investment Board:

1. Elected Terry Carr as Vice Chair of the Toronto Investment Board for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

Summary

A vacancy in the office of Vice Chair occurred when Mary Robinson's term of office on the Board came to an end effective May 23, 2024.

In accordance with Section 22(2) of the Toronto Investment Board's procedural By-law, the Board shall elect a Vice Chair from among its members at its first meeting following the appointment of the Chair by City Council.
