1. Requested the City Clerk to send the Housing Rights Advisory Committee's feedback to City Council for consideration with the report from the Chief Building Official and Executive Director, Toronto Building on Item PH16.4 - Implementing a Rental Renovation License Bylaw to Address Renovictions.

That the Housing Rights Advisory Committee: 

 

1. Recommends that City Council consider the Feedback from the Maintaining Housing Working Group, when it considers PH16.4 - Implementing a Rental Renovation Licence Bylaw to Address Renovictions.

 

2. Request the City Clerk to transmit its decision on this item to City Council when it considers PH16.4 - Implementing a Rental Renovation License Bylaw to Address Renovictions.
