City Council on December 17 and 18, 2024, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, in consultation with the Chief Procurement Officer, to review the historic use of contract and purchase order amendments and report to the General Government Committee in the third quarter of 2025 with findings, including recommendations to update the contract and purchase order amendment process and delegation of financial authority, as required, to better define the parameters and rationalize the process.

Committee Recommendations
The General Government Committee recommends that:
1.
