Community Council Decision
The Etobicoke York Community Council:
1. Removed the following director from the Emery Village Business Improvement Area Board of Management set out below:
Joseph Montinaro
Keresha Motheresill
2. In accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, appointed the following nominees to the Emery Village Business Improvement Area Board of Management at the pleasure of Etobicoke York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:
Akiva Wolff
David Gelbloom

Summary
Two members of the Emery Village Business Improvement Area Board of Management have resigned from their positions. I am recommending formally removing them from the Board and filling the vacated seats with two individuals who have expressed interest in sitting on the Board.
