Approved the award of Contract No. 24-076-47627 (RFT No. EP102-2024) to Building Restoration Limited ("UBRL") for the rehabilitation of concrete floor within Hall 'C', Enercare Centre in the amount of $792,900.00 which includes a cash allowance of $5,000.00 but excludes HST; this being the lowest acceptable tender submission received following the public tendering of the project.
