Summary

The Multi-Year Accessibility Plan is the City’s 5-year strategy to identify, remove and prevent disability-related barriers across the organization. The strategy is currently under review.

 

Pam Ward, Principal, The Strategic Counsel will present key findings of the public consultation, conducted on behalf of the City of Toronto, to inform the review and development of the 2025 - 2029 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan. They will provide an overview of the research objectives and methodology, as well as top priorities for improving accessibility at the City, as identified by the research.
