That the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal:
1. Waive the rules to allow for the consideration of the following communications, deemed late submissions:
a. e-mail (October 3, 2024) from Municipal Licensing and Standards under Appeal DDRT2024-05.
b. e-mail (October 8, 2024) from Gaurika Sharma under Appeal DDRT2024-05.
That the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal:
1. Accept the request from the Representative, Gaurika Sharma, on behalf of the Appellant Orlando Jimenez Nunez, with prejudice, withdrawing the appeal of Dangerous Dog Order issued, March 4, 2024, Appeal DDRT2024-05.
2. Confirm the determination of a dangerous dog, and direct that the conditions of the Order, March 4, 2024, Appeal DDRT2024-05, remain in effect, and that the Tribunal forward the reasons for this decision to Orlando Jimenez Nunez, and their Representative, Gaurika Sharma; and the Executive Director, Municipal Licensing and Standards on or before October 25, 2024.
