1. Approved the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 58 at the Meridian Arts Centre contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 5, 2024) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 5, 2024) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to labour relations information or employee negotiations.
