Summary

In accordance with Section 22 of the Board of Directors of TO Live By-law 2-2021, the Board will appoint members to the TO Live - Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, the TO Live - Finance and Audit Committee, and the TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee, and appoint a member of the TO Live - Finance and Audit Committee as Chair.
