The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Authorized and directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to submit a grant application to the Canada Arts Presentation Fund together with all necessary supporting documentation, which will assist with the presentation of TO Live's 2025 performance season.

2. Authorized and directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to submit a grant application to Miziwe Biik Aboriginal Employment and Training together with all necessary supporting documentation for wage subsidies for up to two staff positions.
