The Civic Appointments Committee:

1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board:

INB2-273;

INB2-274;

INB2-300;

INB2-301;

INB2-333;

INB2-340;

INB2-357;

INB2-359;

INB2-365; and

INB2-370.

2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (April 3, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board.

3. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (April 10, 2024) from the City Clerk remains confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend three candidates to City Council for appointment.

This is a supplementary report to inform the Civic Appointments Committee of an additional vacancy on the Toronto Investment Board due to the resignation of the Chair, John Crocker, effective May 31, 2024. As a result, the role of Chair is also under consideration.
