For the supply and delivery of snack foods to various schools and community centres within the City of Toronto, through the Afterschool Recreation Care Programs, as required by the Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division from the date of award to July 31, 2025, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Parks, Forestry and Recreation will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
