Description:

The non-exclusive provision of various Hired Vacuum Excavation Services complete

with Operator as required (emergency and planned work) by various Toronto

Water Construction Districts "Toronto, East York & Scarborough (Part A)" and

"Etobicoke York and North York (Part B) from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025 with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) separate one (1) year options at the sole discretion of the City.

Should the option periods be exercised, the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations reflect a 3 percent Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment applied to the option period after the initial one (1) year period.
