Description:

For the non-exclusive supply, delivery and installation of electrical repairs, emergency and ongoing maintenance at various locations for the City of Toronto on behalf of the Parks, Forestry and Recreation.

The initial term of the Contract is to be for a period of one (1) year from the date of award, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation and any applicable City policies.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Parks, Forestry and Recreation will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.
