For the non-exclusive supply, delivery, installation and warranty of free standing fixed apparatus outdoor fitness equipment and information panels for the City of Toronto’s Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, the General Manager of Parks, Forestry and Recreation will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
