Roadway Rout and Seal in the North York District Wards 6, 8, 15, 16, 17, and 18; and Etobicoke York District Wards 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7. from date of award to December 31, 2024 with the option to renew the Contract for three (3) additional separate one (1) year periods, all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in the Request for Tender and at the sole discretion of the City and subject to budget approval
Should the option(s) be exercised, the General Manager of Transportation Services will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
