Description:

For the supply and delivery of two (2) latest model truck chassis and regular cab 37,000 lbs (16,783 kg) Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), single axle, propane heated 4.5 ton asphalt hot box with pavement heater panels (Diesel units), with option to purchase an additional one (1) unit in 2024-2025, pending budget availability. 

Upon Award of this Request for Quotation, the Supplier and the City will have a Contract from the date of award to January 31, 2026 for a fixed term of two (2) years, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation and any applicable City policy.
