Supply and Delivery of Water-Soluble Polyelectrolyte for Sludge Thickening (Lot 1) and for Sludge Dewatering (Lot 2) for Toronto Water from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026 with the option in favour of the City to extend the term of the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional separate one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of the City an subject to budget approval.

Should the option year be exercised, the General Manager of Toronto Water will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.
