Committee Decision
The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee recommends that:
1. City Council amend the Terms of Reference for the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee to include a minimum of six meetings and a maximum of 12 meeting per year.

Vanessa Ferrone, Director of Corporate Policy, City Manager's Office led a Committee discussion on the Approach for Proposing Amendments to the Terms of Reference and Committee Procedures.
