1. Authorized the Director, Facilities and Infrastructure, or her designate, to negotiate and enter into the Tiger Boardwalk & Habitat Expansion Project Agreement with TDI International Ag. Inc. in the amount of $2,853,861.36, excluding applicable taxes, on terms and conditions acceptable to the Chief Executive Officer of the Toronto Zoo and in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
