Item ZB1.1 was withdrawn in recognition of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo resolution passed on December 9, 2021 on Item ZB19.2 electing Cynthia Holmes as Vice Chair of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo for a two-year term of office ending December 8, 2023, and until a successor is appointed.
Summary
In accordance with the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo Procedural By-law Section 8, an Acting Chair is appointed from among the Members present should both the Chair and Vice Chair be absent from the meeting or are unable to take the Chair. This appointment is being conducted for the meeting held on December 8, 2022.
