The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., at all times, except no parking from 16th day to the last day of each month, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the odd (east) side of Rhodes Avenue, from Fairford Avenue to a point 240.8 metres north.

2. Rescinded the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00, at all times, except no parking from the first day to the 15th day of each month, inclusive, and no parking anytime from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the next following year, inclusive, on the even (west) side of Rhodes Avenue, from Fairford Avenue to a point 240.8 metres north.

3. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from 16th day to the last day of each month, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the east side of Rhodes Avenue, between Fairford Avenue and the north end of Rhodes Avenue.

4. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from First day to the 15th day of each month, from April1 to November 30, inclusive, on the west side of Rhodes Avenue, between Fairford Avenue and a point 43.5 metres south of the north end of Rhodes Avenue.

5. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect daily, from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the next following year, inclusive, on the west side of Rhodes Avenue, between Fairford Avenue and a point 268.2 metres further north.

6. Rescinded parking prohibition in effect from First day to 15th day of each month, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, on the west side of Rhodes Avenue, between the north end of Rhodes Avenue and a point 36 metres south.

7. Prohibited parking at all times on the east side of Rhodes Avenue, between Fairford Avenue and the north end of Rhodes Avenue.

8. Authorized permit parking to be in effect at all times, from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., on the even (west) side of Rhodes Avenue, from Fairford Avenue to the north end of Rhodes Avenue.

9. Rescinded the existing on-street accessible parking space on the east side of Rhodes Avenue between a point 282.5 metres north of Fairford Avenue and a point 5.5 metres further north.

Rhodes Avenue is a north-south street located in a residential community. I have heard from local residents requesting the removal of alternate side parking to affix parking to one side of the street. After polling residents of Rhodes Avenue, north of Fairford Avenue, residents have voted in favour of affixing the parking to one side of the street year round.
