Origin
Summary
Since the start of the year, residents have contacted my office to share concerns regarding dangerous speeding along Brock Avenue, between College Street and Cobourg Avenue. This stretch is home to two schools, Brock Public School and St. Helen Catholic School, and is currently the only part of Brock in my ward without traffic calming measures.
In a resident poll, there was significant support for speed humps. My office also consulted with local school leadership, and they are supportive of these needed changes.
I respectfully request your support on the following recommendations.
