The Toronto and East York Community Council recommends that:

1. City Council amend the existing stopping prohibition in effect at all times, on the east side of Roncesvalles Avenue, between Geoffrey Street and Grenadier Road, to be in effect between a point 15 metres north of Geoffrey Street and Grenadier Road.

2. City Council prohibit parking at all times on the east side of Roncesvalles Avenue, between Geoffrey Street and a point 15 metres north.

3. City Council rescind the standing prohibition in effect at all times on the east side of Roncesvalles Avenue, between Grafton Avenue and a point 26.1 metres further south.

4. City Council rescind the stopping prohibition in effect at all times on the west side of Roncesvalles Avenue, between Queen Street West and Grafton Avenue.

5. City Council designate the westerly southbound lane on Roncesvalles Avenue, from The Queensway to a point 19 metres north, for southbound right turns only.

6. City Council rescind the existing maximum one-hour parking regulation in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday, on the south side of Queen Street West, between a point 28 metres east of King Street West and Triller Avenue.

7. City Council rescind the parking prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Queen Street West, between Roncesvalles Avenue and a point 28 metres east.

8. City Council amend the existing stopping prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays, on the south side of Queen Street West, between Triller Avenue and Roncesvalles Avenue, to be in effect between Triller Avenue and a point 67.2 metres east of Roncesvalles Avenue.

9. City Council amend the existing parking machine regulation in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, at a rate of $2.00 per hour and for a maximum period of three hours, on the south side of Queen Street West, between a point 50.3 metres west of Jameson Avenue and a point 28 metres east of Roncesvalles Avenue, to be in effect between a point 50.3 metres west of Jameson Avenue and a point 67.2 metres east of Roncesvalles Avenue.

With the completion of the reconstruction of the King Street West, Queen Street West, The Queensway and Roncesvalles Avenue intersection imminent, Transportation staff recommend the following to resolve discrepancies between bylaws and signage in the vicinity.
