1. Authorized parking by permit on an area named basis within Permit Parking Area 9C, to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (east) side of Maclean Avenue from Pine Crescent to Queen Street East.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on Maclean Avenue between Pine Crescent and Queen Street East from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., daily.

 

Residents requested the implementation of overnight on-street permit parking on Maclean Avenue between Pine Crescent and Queen Street East to accommodate their long-term parking needs.

That the Toronto and East York Community Council amend the Recommendation so that it now reads as follows:

 

1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize parking by permit on an area named basis within permit parking area 9C, to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (east) side of Maclean Avenue from Pine Crescent to Queen Street East.
