Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1.   Appointed the following candidates to the Moss Park Arena Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on September 20, 2027, and until successors are appointed:

 

-        Terence Mark

-        Jessica Polanski

-        Ethan Wright

 

2.  Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (October 16, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Moss Park Arena Board.

That the Toronto and East York Community Council amend the Recommendation by deleting the names "Sean O'Connor" and "Alexandra Panousis" and inserting the names "Jessica Polanski" and "Ethan Wright" so that it now reads:

 

1. Toronto and East York Community Council appoint the following candidates to the Moss Park Arena Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on September 20, 2027, and until successors are appointed:

 

-        Terence Mark

-        Jessica Polanski

-        Ethan Wright


1b - Motion to Amend Item (Additional) moved by Councillor Chris Moise (Carried)

That Toronto and East York Community Council adopt the following recommendation in the supplementary report (October 16, 2023) from the City Clerk:
 

1. Toronto and East York Community Council direct that the confidential information in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Moss Park Arena Board.
