Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Appointed, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, the following nominee to the Regal Heights Village Business Improvement Area Board of Management, at pleasure of Toronto and East York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:
Simonetta, Elena
2. Removed the following directors from the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management:
Danforth Village:
Cao, Kevin
Kensington Market:
Bareket, Mika
Oghabi, Yashar

Summary
Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Danforth Village, Kensington Market and Regal Heights Village BIA Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
