Summary
This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is recommending that the existing parking by permit hours on the south side of St. John's Road, between Runnymede Road and Gilmour Avenue, be extended from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. to 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., daily. Transportation Services is also recommending the installation of parking for a maximum period of one hour, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily, on the south side of St. John's Road, between Runnymede Road and Gilmour Avenue. The proposed parking amendments will discourage long-term daytime parking and promote parking turnover on this section of St. John's Road.
