Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1.  Appointed, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at pleasure of Toronto and East York Community Council and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:

 

          Little Italy:

          Archer, Natalie

 

          Ossington Avenue:

          Lo, Andrew

 

          Roncesvalles Village:

          Corcoran, Michael


          The Waterfront:

          Burtch, Troy

 

2.  Removed the following directors from the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below:

Summary

Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.

 

The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Little Italy, Midtown Yonge, Ossington Avenue, Parkdale Village, Roncesvalles Village and The Waterfront BIA Boards of Management, in accordance with the requirement of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas.
