Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Re-opened Item TE4.76, entitled "Permit Parking Amendments on Mountjoy Avenue" with respect to Part 1 of the Toronto and East York Community Council's decision.

2. Deleted Part 1 of its decision with respect to Item TE4.76 and adopt the following:

1. Toronto and East York Community Council amend the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, except no parking 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, from Ladysmith Avenue to Lamb Avenue West, on the even (north) side of Mountjoy Avenue, from Greenwood Avenue to Craven Road, to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, from Ladysmith Avenue to Craven Road except no parking 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, from Ladysmith Avenue to Lamb Avenue.

2. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize permit parking to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. daily on the even (north) side of Mountjoy Avenue, from Greenwood Avenue to Ladysmith Avenue.

3. Toronto and East York Community Council amend the existing permit parking regulation in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, except no parking 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, from 48 metres east of the east curb line of Ladysmith Avenue to the lane first west of Lamb Avenue, on the odd (south) side of Mountjoy Avenue, from Greenwood Avenue to Craven Road, to be in effect from a point 48 metres east of Ladysmith Avenue to Craven Road.

4. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize permit parking to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. daily on the odd (south) side of Mountjoy Avenue, from Greenwood Avenue to a point 48 metres east of Ladysmith Avenue.

Summary

Toronto and East York Community Council, at its meeting on April 12, 2023 adopted item TE4.76, entitled "Permit Parking Amendments on Mountjoy Avenue" and in doing so approved the extension of permit parking hours on Mountjoy Avenue.

The purpose of this motion is to reopen this item to amend the original recommendation of the Toronto and East York Community Council's decision, to reflect the correct extents of the proposed change.
