The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Appointed, in accordance with the City's Public Appointments Policy, the following nominees to the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below at pleasure of Toronto and East York Community Council, and for a term expiring at the end of the term of Council or as soon thereafter as successors are appointed:

            Bloor Annex:

            Danforth Mosaic:

2. Removed the following directors from the Business Improvement Area Boards of Management set out below:

3. Directed that Schedule A of the Municipal Code Chapter 19, Business Improvement Areas, be amended by changing the number of directors of the following Boards of Management:

            Danforth Mosaic                                          15

Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.

The purpose of this report is to recommend that Toronto and East York Community Council appoint directors to the Bloor Annex, Danforth Mosaic, The Junction, Pape Village, Toronto Downtown West, and Trinity Bellwoods BIA Boards of Management, and remove directors from the Hillcrest Village BIA Board of Management.
