1. Directed Transportation Services to report to the June 22, 2023 meeting of the Toronto and East York Community Council on excluding the development at 485 Logan Avenue from Permit Parking Area 8B.

The development at 485 Logan Avenue is expected to be occupied later in 2023. It contains 41 units and has 31 below-grade parking spaces provided onsite. As is standard in Toronto and East York I am requesting that staff report back on excluding this development from Permit Parking Area 8B.
