Origin
Summary
I am writing to respectfully request the implementation of speed bumps on Tom Longboat Lane.
In 2021 The Longboat Area Residents Association (LARA) reached out to former Councillor Joe Cressy's office over speeding concerns, and requested Transportation Services to review the need for speed bumps in Tom Longboat Lane. The study findings indicated that the operational characteristics satisfy the criteria set out in the guidelines adopted by City Council. In addition, former Councillor Joe Cressy received a petition from a majority of residents in favour of having speed bumps installed in Tom Longboat Lane.
