Summary

As part of the approval for Item TE1.30, Toronto and East York Community Council requested a report on the feasibility of establishing a construction hub within the Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue area.

This staff report provides an overview of the Construction Hub requirements, feasibility review and recommendations.
