Summary

Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.

The purpose of this report is to recommend that Toronto and East York Community Council appoint directors to the College West, Danforth Village and Oakwood Village BIA Boards of Management and remove directors from The Beach and Bloor by the Park BIA Boards of Management.

That Recommendation 1 be amended by deleting the following names from the Danforth Village BIA Board of Management:

- Steve Minos

- Will Pappas

And, by adding the following names to the Danforth Village BIA Board of Management:

- Raffee Syed

- Sakib Sarkar
