The Toronto and East York Community Council:

1. Rescinded the existing permit parking provision in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even (north) side of Marlborough Avenue, from a point 317.3 metres west of Yonge Street to a point 40.5 metres further west.

 2. Prohibited parking except by permit from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily on the even (north) side of Marlborough Avenue, from a point 319 metres west of Yonge Street to a point 42.2 metres further west.

3. Authorized parking for a maximum period of one hour from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., daily on the north side of Marlborough Avenue, between a point 319 metres west of Yonge Street and a point 42.2 metres further west.

4. Rescinded the existing permit parking provision in effect from 2:01 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the odd (south) side of Penrose Road, from De-Savery Crescent to Mount Pleasant Road.

5. Prohibited parking except by permit from 2:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., daily on the odd (south) side of Penrose Road, from De-Savery Crescent to Mount Pleasant Road.

6. Prohibited parking except by permit from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the even (west) side of Thome Crescent, from Burlington Crescent to Mount Royal Avenue.

7. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition on Thome Crescent, east side, from Burlington Crescent to Mount Royal Avenue, anytime except the first Thursday and third Thursday of April 1 to November 30 inclusive.

8. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition on Thome Crescent, west side, from Burlington Crescent to Mount Royal Avenue, anytime on the first Thursday and third Thursday of April 1 to November 30 inclusive.

9. Prohibited parking except by permit 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., daily on the odd (south) side of Burlington Crescent, from Alberta Avenue to Oakwood Avenue.

10. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition on Burlington Crescent, north side, Alberta Avenue to Oakwood Avenue, anytime except the first Thursday and third Thursday of April 1 to November 30 inclusive.

11. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition on Burlington Crescent, south side, Alberta Avenue to Oakwood Avenue, anytime on the first Thursday and third Thursday of April 1 to November 30 inclusive.

12. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition on Burlington Crescent, south side, anytime, Alberta Avenue and a point 45.7 metres west.

13. Prohibited parking except by permit 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., within Permit Parking Area 2, daily on the odd (east) side of Jameson Avenue, from King Street West to Queen Street West.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority to make a final decision, provided that it is not amended so that it varies with City Policy or by-laws.

The purpose of this report is to recommend "housekeeping" amendments to permit parking regulations at the following locations:

         - Marlborough Avenue between Yonge Street and Marlborough Place

         - Penrose Road between De-Savery Crescent and Mount Pleasant Road

         - Thome Crescent between Burlington Crescent and Mount Royal Avenue

         - Burlington Crescent between Oakwood Avenue and Alberta Avenue

         - Jameson Avenue between King Street West and Queen Street West

The proposed parking amendments will correct discrepancies between posted signs and the existing parking regulations.
