Community Council Decision

The Toronto and East York Community Council:

 

1. Amended the existing parking machine regulation in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, at a rate of $2.00 per hour and for a maximum period of three hours, on the west side of Alhambra Avenue, between 15 metres south of Bloor Street West and 34.75 metres further south, to be in effect from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

Summary

At its meeting held on September 9, 2021, Toronto and East York Community Council enacted parking regulation amendments to establish new on-street paid parking locations.  The enactment of a Parking Machine regulation in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, at a rate of $2.00 per hour and for a maximum of three hours, on the west side of Alhambra Avenue, between 15 metres south of Bloor Street and 34.75 metres further south (TE27.38) was later discovered to be in conflict with other timed traffic prohibitions.  The approval of recommendation 1 will correct this conflict.
