The Property Standards Committee, North York Panel:

1. Confirmed the Property Standards Order (November 29, 2022) for 43 Thorncliffe Park Drive, Folder Number: 22 232728 PRS 00 IV, and in doing so granted an extension of time to March 31, 2025.

2. Directed the Appellant to work with the Municipal Standards Officer, including the posting of any signage that would advise of a prohibition on climbing on the stairs and the bullwork, to ensure immediate health and safety requirements are properly secured for the property in the interim.

3. Directed the Appellant to work with the Municipal Standards Officer on a mitigation strategy, to take until July 31, 2023, for securing the railing opening to make safe from climbing, to ensure immediate health and safety requirements are properly secured for the property in the interim.
