The matter came for a hearing before us because the requested time for extension was outside of the maximum time the Municipal Licensing Standards (MLS) officer is permitted to grant. The MLS officer noted that MLS had no objections to the requested extension.

The Property Standards Committe, Scarborough Panel confirmed the order and granted an extension for time for compliance.
