2. Rescinded Item 7 of the Property Standards Order (September 23, 2022) for 15 Eva Road, Unit 1403 - Folder Number: 22 206179 PRS 00 IV.

Decision Advice and Other Information

The Property Standards Committee, Etobicoke York Panel gave the following reasons for its decision:

 

The appeal letter from Michael Guyette, on behalf of MetCap Living Management Inc., requested at extension of time to complete Items 1-6 in the Order.  At the hearing, Mr. Guyette indicated that the work is underway and will be completed by December 6, 2022.  Accordingly, the Panel granted an extension of time to December 6, 2022 for Items 1-6.

 

The appeal letter contended that there was no contravention of Item 7 of the Order pertaining to living room flooring.  The Panel concurred and Item 7 was rescinded.
