Summary

In response to concerns brought to my attention by members of the community, and at the request of Transportation Services, I am bringing forward a motion to Scarborough Community Council to install all-way compulsory stop controls at two locations in the Village Green Square community.

Currently, the two subject locations on Village Green Square each have a yield sign on the north side of the intersection, all other traffic is free flowing at each of these intersections. The proposed all-way stop controls at these intersections is intended to ensure greater road user safety.
