The Scarborough Community Council:

Summary

A number of residents have contacted me with regard to snow clearing issues on Belanger Crescent due to parked cars. I reached out to Transportation staff, and they advised the following:

"Currently, standing is prohibited at all times on the south side of Belanger Crescent between

Edhouse Avenue and the east end of Belanger Crescent. With Belanger Crescent now extending and intersecting with Lily Cup Avenue., it is recommended that the standing prohibition be extended to Lily Cup Avenue."

I support this recommendation, as it will mitigate the snow clearing issues, and will help to ensure traffic and pedestrian safety on the street.
