1. Requested Scarborough Community Council to invite Barbara Dickson to address the June 27th Community Council meeting to discuss plans to honour the Bomb Girls’ contribution in World War II and the Banner Initiative 2023.

Summary
The Bomb Girls played an important role in manufacturing ammunition and munitions in Scarborough to support the troops who fought in World War II. I am submitting the following motion requesting Barbara Dickson to present the planning and preparation for a banner initiative and additional details to highlight the important role that the Scarborough Bomb girls played to support the troops in World War II.
