Community Council Decision

The Scarborough Community Council:  

 

1. Designated Belinda Square, between Wintermute Boulevard and a point 150 metres east, as a through highway.

 

2. Designated Sandyhook Square, between Wintermute Boulevard and a point 150 metres east, as a through highway.

 

3. Designated Sylvestre Square, between Wintermute Boulevard and a point 100 metres east, as a through highway.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

This report recommends that Belinda Square, Sandyhook Square and Sylvestre Square be designated as through highways in order to clearly define the right-of-way and to regulate traffic flow for the three subject uncontrolled P-Loop intersections.
