Committee Decision

The TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:  

 

1.  Approve the bargaining mandate to negotiate a new collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local B-173 Housekeeping at the Meridian Arts Centre, as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 13, 2023) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.

 

2.  Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 13, 2023) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.

The TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recessed its public meeting to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations.
