Committee Decision
The TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 58 at the St. Lawrence Centre, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 23, 2023) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 23, 2023) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
