Members, I will now review the Order Paper. Once the Order Paper has been approved by Council, any change will need a two‑thirds vote.

The City Clerk has posted today's Order Paper online, with agenda item RM7.7, Review of the Order Paper.

The Deputy Mayor has designated Item CC7.2 on "Appointment of Deputy City Manager, Development and Growth" as the First Key Matter and this will be our first item of business today. The Deputy Mayor has designated Item EX5.2 on "SmartTrack Stations Program – Provincial Funding Update" as the Second Key Matter and the first item of business tomorrow.

The Notice of Motion run through is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, only if the Key Matters are completed.

Members, with the Deputy Mayor's consent, I would propose the following related matters be considered together:

That item CC7.3 on "Appointment of Deputy City Manager, Infrastructure Services" be considered with the Deputy Mayor's first key item, CC7.2, related to the appointments of Deputy City Managers.

June 14, 2023 at 10:23 a.m. - That City Council adopt the June 14, 2023 Order Paper, as amended, and all other Items not held on consent.

June 15, 2023 at 9:47 a.m. - That City Council adopt the June 15, 2023 Order Paper.

There are 51 Items left on the agenda, including 39 Member Motions. The Deputy Mayor has timed her Second Key Matter, Item EX5.2-SmartTrack Stations Program, as the first item of business this morning.

I will now take the release of holds.  The Clerk will open the speakers list in CMP and you can place your name on the list if you have an item to release.

That City Council consider:

Item CC7.10 headed "1-11 Bloor Street West and 768-784 Yonge Street - Zoning By-law Amendment Application - Ontario Land Tribunal Hearing - Request for Directions" as the first item of business immediately after Member Motions on the second day of Council; and

Item CC7.14 headed "100 Davenport Road - Ontario Land Tribunal Hearing - Request for Directions" as the second item of business immediately after Member Motions on the second day of Council.
