September 6, 2023 at 10:15 a.m. - Speaker Nunziata advised Council of the following:
Members, I will now review the Order Paper.
The City Clerk has posted today's Order Paper online, with agenda item RM10.6, Review of the Order Paper.
We have one deferred item today: DM10.1, deferred from the July 19 and 20 meeting of City Council.
We have 4 items before us today, EX7,1, EX7.2, CC10.1, and CC10.2.
We also have 5 Member Motions to consider.
Mayor Chow has designated Item CC10.2 on "Immediate Federal Government Support Required for Refugee Claimants in Toronto" as her first Key Matter and first item of business today.
The Mayor has designated Item EX7.2 on "Urgently Building More Affordable Homes" as her Second Key Matter and the second item of business.
Members, I propose to do a run-through of all other items, including the Member Motions, this morning. Any items not adopted during the run-through will be considered in agenda order, once the Mayor's key matters are completed.
