Board Decision
The Board of Directors of CreateTO received the item for information.
Summary
In accordance with Board of Directors of CreateTO Procedure By-law, the Board determines the place in Toronto, day and hour of its regular meetings and the schedule of those meetings shall be publicly available by the first meeting of the Board in each calendar year.
City Council on October 11 and 12, 2023, approved the 2024 schedule of meetings for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for the Board of Directors of CreateTO has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid days of cultural or religious significance.
The following meetings of the Board of Directors of CreateTO have been scheduled for 2024:
Thursday February 1, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
Friday March 8, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
Monday April 22, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday June 19, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
Friday Sep. 27, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday Oct. 29, 20 at 1:30 p.m.
Thursday Nov. 28, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
All meetings are to be held by video conference.
